1. US Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 for all US orders!
2. International Shipping
Currently we don't offer International shipping, but we are constantly aiming to increase our global markets in the future. Follow us on our Instagram @emani.collection for any future updates regarding international shipping.
3. Express Shipping
Currently at this time we don't offer express shipping.
4. How long will it take to get my order?
Estimated times can be viewed at checkout.
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process and sent out.
Every customer will receive a tracking number and receive updates on their packages.
5. What shipping carriers do you use?
All of our domestic orders are shipped with USPS or UPS.
6. I ordered multiple items. Will I receive them separately?
It is possible that orders which contain various items of merchandise may be shipped separately. You will receive an email update and tracking information for each shipment.
7. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
Please make sure that you enter your shipping address correctly when placing an order. We are not responsible if your order is shipped back to us due to an incorrect address.
If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order please email us at customer@emanicollection.com as soon as you place your order. If you change the shipping address late the order will ship out as is.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delivered by the courier with proof of delivery and you did not receive your package, then a complaint must be filed with the courier. Please contact us at customer@emanicollection.com
Returns
1. Can I return my product?
We hope you love your purchase but If you decided you're not happy with your purchase or your item was damaged or received the wrong item, we will gladly accept your returns within 21 days of delivery. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your item is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand. Please contact customer service about your returns, click here.
If you need to return an item, please contact us and state your order number, name and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly within 1-2 days with instructions for how to return items.
2. How do I return?
Contact customer service about your return. We will send you a return shipping label through email, as well as instructions on how and which carrier to send your package to.
