Where do you ship?
Currently we only ship to the US. We don't offer International shipping, but we are constantly aiming to increase our global markets in the future. Stay up to date on our Instagram for any future updates regarding international shipping.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process and sent out. Every customer will receive a tracking number and receive updates on their packages. Once processed, your order will be delivered within 2-6 business days. Estimated times can be viewed at checkout.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently accept exchanges. Customers will need to place a new order and follow the return process procedure. We accept returns within 21 days of delivery.
I need to cancel my order! What should I do?
Please email customer@emanicollection.com as soon as possible! If your order has not already been processed, we will do our best to cancel it. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. If your order has been processed, you can do a return once you receive your order.
